This exclusive condominium is located Mount Kiara at the fringes of Kuala-Lumpur. With its current location serviced by established networks of roads that connects to the highways like SPRINT and NKVE. Traveling to Petaling Jaya and the city centre is minutes away. It approximately takes about 15 minutes drive to the city centre.

Shopping
Eateries, groceries and entertainment are located in Mount Kiara and is less than five minutes away. Saving you enough time to unwind at home or at the nearby watering hole before heading home after office. Additionally the weekly grocery shopping can be done at the local TESCO’s and IKEA’s located about ten minutes away through the new Penchala Link Expressway.

Schools
There are two international Schools located in the vicinity of Mount Kiara; K.L. International School and Garden International School. Many of our colleagues find this a convenience as its walking distance for their kids to school while they do the daily shuttle to office. During rush hour it can take about half hour to get to Mount Kiara due to the traffic.

How Do I Get There?
KL City centre is minutes away or to KL International Airport which is less than an hour as away through the NKVE Expressway. From the airport there are two alternatives for public transport. The first is by hopping on a taxi. The next alternative is by taking the train from the Airport to the main train station( KL Sentral) and a taxi from the station to Mount Kiara. There is a train every 15 minutes and the train ride takes about 30 minutes. Given a choice, we just take the taxi directly to Mount Kiara that costs about USD$20.

Living in Mount Kiara, the convenient method of transportation is by car. Therefore it is advisable to obtain a car when living in Mount Kiara.

Public transportation is available. Locally, there are taxis and dialing for a taxi services is quite efficient. Taxis are quite cheap in Malaysia as a ride from the city centre to Mount Kiara is about RM$10(Approx USD$2.50).
