There are restaurants that serve western and local food as well. All this is less than five minutes walking distance from your home. Although these shops are part of the condo’s building, they are open to the general public and residents have to walk out of the condo premises to access to these shops. The main advantage here is that all this amenities is less than five minutes walk from your home.

Additionally there is a small grocery shop located in the second floor of block 2 for the convenience of the residences. Additionally, there is a day care centre located at the ground floor of the condominiums for your preschool going children while you work.

How Do I Get There?
With the new high way launched in January 2006, it takes less than ten minutes to get to international schools located in Mount Kiara as well as to private schools at Kota Damansara. Traveling to Kuala Lumpur city centre takes about approximately 15-30 minutes depending on the traffic through the Penchala link. Therefore accessing Mount Kiara will be on the way to the city centre.

Alternatively the condominiums can be reached by the NKVE expressway; the convenient exit to take is Kota Damansara. Once out of the exit, just follow the road and it takes approximately less than ten minutes to get to the condominium. Once out of the toll exit, follow the road about two kilometers until a forked elevated road turning to the right is within sights. Do not take the elevated road but keep left, the left lane is not elevated. Follow this left lane and take the left turn. Once out of the left lane, follow the road. Along the way a Petronas Gas station followed by a Shell Station is within sights on the right. You are on the right path! Keep going. You will be able to see some apartments on the right and left with some shops on the ground floor.

Keep going and you will see a road leading downwards into short tunnel and a traffic lights directly on the left of the tunnel. Keep left and turn left at the traffic lights. Do not take the short tunnel. After turning left, follow the road. Along the way you will see a shopping mall called “the Curve” on your right followed by a Proton Car showroom and some traffic lights. Follow the road and keep going and you will meet a “T” junction.

At the “T” junction, take the left turn and keep left after the left turn. There will be a forked road to the left and a sign for the Emerald Perdana Condos at the start of the forked road. The first entrance on the left is the entrance for the serviced apartments, do not take that entrance. Follow the road and take left on the next left turn. Follow the road and turn on the first left into the entrance of the condominiums. Eureka, you’re there!
