About Us

Welcome to our website. We both come from engineering backgrounds and met while in Business School. Currently being life partners and having careers in our respective industries we realized the need to have sound investments to cater for the rainy days. Although we enjoy the challenges and are passionate with our chosen careers, we wanted to create a financial net due to the volatile nature of being an employee.

Both of us are relatively successful in our careers. We both started out as Field Engineers, one working in the International Oil & Gas Industry while the other was in the construction industry. After completing business school, we are currently working for large multinational organizations. We travel extensively through our careers; therefore we understand the needs of living abroad. .

Our mission is to provide a level of service equivalent to acceptable international standards for our apartments by delivering value and enjoy taking the time to tastefully furnish our apartments. We are effective, professional and transparent in the way we manage our apartments. We understand through experience the hurdles of living and working in a foreign country. Nevertheless we are Malaysians and comprehend the local market. Therefore our website will elaborate not only the interior of the apartments and the facilities the apartments offers but we elaborate on the surrounding amenities that is available.

With 7 years of investing in real estate, we are constantly trying to improve the way we manage the apartments. Therefore, we are constantly changing to improve as per our mission. Although we try to be fluid and dynamic but the core principles remain the same. We are very transparent in the way we conduct ourselves and integrity is our top priority.
